Please email Mrs Major or Mr Kempson (majort@lingfieldcollege.co.uk, kempsonr@lingfieldcollege.co.uk) by 4pm on Tuesday if any of the following apply;
• If your child will need to attend an after school club following the fixture, for example, TeaRex, Study club etc.
• If another parent, friend or family member is collecting your child on your behalf, as we will not be able to release children from our care to them without prior notice.
Collection Point from Prep School: 4:30pm Jockeys’ car park
Please can you also ensure you notify the Prep office if your child will not be attending Study club as usual.
