Please email Mrs Major or Mr Kempson (majort@lingfieldcollege.co.uk, kempsonr@lingfieldcollege.co.uk) by 4pm on Tuesday if any of the following apply;
• If you wish to collect your child from the venue.
• If your child will need to attend an after school club following the fixture, for example, TeaRex, study club, etc.
• If another parent, friend or family member is collecting your child on your behalf, as we will not be able to release children from our care to them without prior notice.
Collection time from venue: 4:00pm
Collection Point from Prep School: Jockeys’ Car Park
Please can you also ensure you notify the Prep office if your child will not be attending Study club as usual.
Parents are permitted to attend matches.
